For Agencies:

Volunteer Management  Training Series:

A 6-part workshop series for volunteer program managers. The 2008 - 2009 series will start in October and runs through March.  Check back for details. 

  

Advanced Volunteer Management Workshops:

Workshops are offered periodically dealing with advanced volunteer management issues and "hot topics."

Board Development Training:

Board development workshops are targeted to non-profit leadership volunteers and executive staff.

Customized Training Services:

Volunteer Memphis contracts with non-profit agencies, schools, faith-based groups, and other organizations working with volunteers to provide consultation and training specific to the agency's needs.
