To register a team:

Create a Team:

1. Go to www.handsonmemphis.org
2. Go to Member Center and login if you are a current member OR sign up as a new individual if you are not a current member.
3. From your member page, choose Create a Volunteering Team. Hit Go.
4. Choose a Team Name (ex. FedEx Champions, Campbell Family, New Olivet Volunteers, etc.)
5. Click the box that says, “open to invited members only”
6. If this is a company team, you may try to find the company, though it may not be in system, or it may be listed a different way.

*If you don’t find your company, go ahead and complete team registration, then contact Ashley at ashley@handsonmemphis.org to associate your team with your company.

7. Choose Add Team Member. You will need the following information for your teammates: 1^st and last name, age if under 18, email or phone number.
8. Check the box next to “and return to add more team members”, then click Add Team Member.
9. After entering all teammates, click Finish.

****Registering for A Visit from St. Nicholas:

1. Click on Visit from St. Nicholas Registration.
2. Click on Select a Project.
3. Choose a school and click on name.

* You can choose Discovery Day or Delivery Day here, but if you want to register for both, you will need to follow directions in #6.

4. Click on Select One of My Teams.
5. Click box next to each teammate who will participate.
6. Click Sign Up This Team.
7. To sign up for 2^nd day (if desired) Click on Sign Me Up for More occurrences of this project.

• Volunteers do NOT have to attend a New Volunteer Orientation to participate in this or other Special Events on the Hands On Memphis calendar.
• 16 is the minimum age for A Visit from St. Nicholas Delivery and Discovery Day projects.
• The team captain (person who creates team) has the ability to add or remove volunteers, or otherwise “manage team”.
